    A custom library is a file you put into the top of the USNF '97 directory.  It changes some things in the programs.  You make these programs with the wonderful USNF '97 Toolkit form Duosoft.  With this toolkit you can add new weapons, edit player files, how many hardpoints a plane has, ect.

Here is what is changed in my USNF '97 Library

  You can now target all buildings.

  I made the non-stealth version of the F-22. It has 8 extra missiles.

  The A-6 Intruder is also flyable.

  There is now an F-14D Super Tomcat (It isn't flyable because I was having trouble making it replace the F-14B)

  I made the non-stealth version of the F-22 so you can carry more missiles.

  Changed ships so the name is their class name, NOT the name of the ship.
